The location is not ideal if you intend to do anything other than sit in the hotel but there again, there is a hint to this in the name! The room was ok. Basic amenities and averagely clean. It looked like they were in the middle of a refit with a mini bar in room but being empty. The main issue was around trying to get service. Due to the isolated nature of the Hotel you either dine in room or go to one of their restaurants. The phone was not clearly marked to access the various services. Eventually i found the information in the manual they give you that no one normally reads! If you dialed the 4 digit number for In Room Dining you got a message that said your phone has been disconnected. On dialing reception i was promised they would ask them to call me back. It took two calls to eventually get a call back and place an order. I had a real difficult time trying to get them to understand my order and then my marinated seafood salad turned out to be a few prawns in a seafood dressing. Checking out was not easy. I have never given my credit card before and not been asked for a signature when one is required by the card company and not even an invoice to sign. When asked if it was easy to get a taxi from the hotel the response was "I have no cars available now", no other assistance. Oh, and just to top off a mediocre visit, my female colleague got unwarranted calls from the front desk after check in.
A very good hotel for business visit to saudi arabia. The rooms are all 5 star rated and they have a beautiful lobby for where you can have your business meetings. Pricing is on the higher side. Buffet food it really good. Only issue i had was with the swimming pool lots of chlorine in the water. And my eyes were burning for 1 full day.
The check in and out was fast and quick. The room is clean, a bit outdated but good enough for business traveling. The arranged airport pickup. Breakfast is good. The reception lounge is nice to sit and have a drink. The front desk is friendly and helpful. Overall experience is very good
I have stayed in this hotel for a night. It’s a nice, good and clean hotel. They have shisha also. Good breakfast. The only thing is that there price are very high compared with other 4 star hotels. Also they took the advantage of not booking through booking.com their prices much higher when we go directly.
I didnt like anything about it The location is bad Hotel suurounding and entrance not clean at all Lunch buffet less than normal Not tasty Will not go again Hotel personel not experienced It was a bad experience
The hotel is clean and excellent choice for business travelers, had a small problem with the toilet flush which was not working from the time I stayed until i left despite a couple of complaints which were resulted with no action and the room at night was smelling bad due to this problem , didn't have much time to follow this complaint.
This is a good hotel for business travel. Don't expect to find the little luxuries of a five star hotel but you will find a good standard of room, reasonable breakfast buffet and courteous staff. As a fours star hotel you won't necessarily find it bustling with staff at the desk or when you arrive but you will not be disappointed with the services received in relation to value for money. I would go back again but definitely ensuring that I have access to Netflix etc as the TV channels are not as wide as they could be.
I can easily say that this hotel met the worst experience the traveler can ever expect. - Waited for 1 hour at the check in - Got my room mixed up and they didn’t take any action to adjust - My mini bar is empty (no respect) - breakfast buffet is disappointing - 0 customer services - unclean water in your rooms bathroom. Expect a yellow water comes out from the sink - uncomfortable beds It’s strongly not recommend if you are looking for value for your money.
Good business hotel with a little wear and tear. Mid sized well cleaned rooms. Friendly and helpful staff (except in restaurant), late checkout available (helpful for common late night flights). Fast WLAN. Gym OK. Breakfast: Choice was ok, but we did not have any attention from staff, never experienced something like that before. Help yourself with cutlery, plate, tissues...
