This house with a fenced garden is equidistant from two beautiful sandy beaches, which you can choose depending on the sun, wind, or time of day. The annex offers a second bathroom, also accessible from the outside, as well as a mezzanine with two beds, accessible via a steep staircase. The main house includes a cozy living room with a corner fireplace, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.

Damgan, at the mouth of the Pénerf River, offers a multitude of activities: water sports, cycling, tennis, horseback riding, and coastal hikes. The seaside promenade invites evening strolls. Oyster lovers can stock up directly from the oyster farmers, while the town center is full of traditional crêperies. Also worth exploring: Half-day walks to Roche Bernard, as well as local markets where gourmets can enjoy fish, seafood, pancakes, and Breton specialties. The weekly market in Damgan takes place on Saturday mornings, as well as Tuesday mornings and Wednesday evenings in summer with a craft exhibition and sale.
