Composed of a large living room / lounge (TV) opening onto a wooden terrace (62 m²) equipped with a pergola (21m²), open kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher., induction), on the same level, bathroom (washing machine) walk-in shower and double sink, separate WC with hand basin, bedroom 1 (2x90 bunk + 90 mattress), bedroom 2 (1x160). Upstairs: mezzanine (1x90), double sink bathroom, separate WC with hand basin, bedrooms 3 and 4 (each with a choice of 1x160 and TV or 2x80), baby travel cot. They both have access to the terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the port. A garage in the basement. Parkings.
Animals are prohibited (SEVERE ALLERGIES).

LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED. A deposit of €750 will be required.
