Very well maintained home with room to please. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge and a terrific kitchen and dining room. There is also a sun drenched north facing balcony. Downstairs there is a large rumpus room and near new bathroom that lends itself to be converted to 2 more bedrooms. Would be fantastic for two families.

The fully fenced rear yard is landscaped and is ideal for kids and family pets. The Dalmeny shops are only metres away, as id the beach.

Great place to stay, house was spacious and set up as advertised. Only issue was fridge size was far too small to cater for 8 people, could have used smaller bowls and more glasses.Close to mountain bike trails.Backyard large enough to erect waterplay equipment for the kids.
