There is plenty of space for the entire family in this spacious 5 bedroom/ 4 bath home, centrally located to both Dallas/ Ft Worth area airports. The home is just minutes from either airport (DFW 7 miles, LOVE 7.6 miles).
Your spacious and luxurious vacation rental is 3200+ square foot of fun for everyone. We can easily accommodate up to 20+ guests.

Space & luxury await in this beautiful vacation rental right in the heart of Dallas/ Ft Worth!
The great room (living/ dining/ chef's kitchen) is all set and fully stocked with all the supplies and amenities to make this a memorable stay. Just bring the groceries and the family & friends to enjoy together time for all.

There are 5 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, crib, and an on-suite bathroom. A second bedroom downstairs has a queen sized bed with adjacent bathroom.
Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms (2 have queen beds & the other has 4 beds - 2 bunkbeds) with 2 attached bathrooms.

As of January 2025, we have finally finished building the new below ground pool and the city inspectors are conducting FINAL inspections this coming week. The pool is getting a new pool deck the 2nd week of February 2025. This means the new pool will be ready for swimming and the outdoor kitchen is ready for steaks the end of March 2025
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace. Housekeeping is available on request.

Very Disappointing

At the time of booking I had inquired about outdoor pool and hot tub. Host Melissa said renovations would be completed and be fully functional in time for my trip. evening prior to my trip the welcoming instructions indicated pool was functional but hot tub was not heated and jets and other functions inoperable. residence looked half way decent from the street and nice walking in. closer inspection numerous issues stood out. hair and stains on the couches that needed to be wiped down. The cloth kitchen furniture was stained and need a deep clean. Living room armchairs were broken. we had to purchase cleaning supplies, disinfecting spray, wipes, kitchen sink towels and laundry detergent. We spent more than 90 minutes cleaning and wiping down the surfaces, floors, cabinet doors and drawers, and furniture. day of arrival there was a heavy rain storm. backyard had flooding and pooling water in and around the house and pool area. I understand that weather is out of the homeowners control, grading issues allowed pooling rain/muddy water to flow into the pool making it filthy and unusable. gutters were clogged with debris. Within a couple hours of checking in I contacted the host, Melissa, I sent her numerous pictures of all the issues. Melissa said that it had met VRBO standards for maintenance and cleaning. If this is what the VRBO standards (minimums) are then this will most likely be the first and last time I use a VRBO. other issues no room to List here.

The house is great and has great potential

The house itself is beautiful and has great potential, but unfortunately, we encountered some issues during our stay—primarily concerning cleanliness.When we arrived, the property was not ready for check-in at 4:00 PM as scheduled. Work was still being done inside, and when we were finally able to enter, the home had not been properly cleaned. There was visible dust throughout the space, and we had to wash the pillowcases and bedsheets ourselves. Additionally, we had to clean several rooms to make the house comfortable and livable.We documented these issues with photos and videos. When we reached out to the host, we were told that the condition met VRBO’s cleaning standards—something we respectfully but strongly disagree with.Since we had to do much of the cleaning ourselves, we are requesting a full refund of the cleaning fee. We believe this is a fair and reasonable request, given the circumstances.Thank you for your time and attention. We look forward to your prompt response.
