The house was over all “okay”. 8 of us stayed in the bnb for a local wedding. We traveled from across the country and asked for permission ahead of time to use the garage because we were bringing motorcycles. He okayed us to use it.Issues:One bed less than what was listed. Three rooms were supposed to be single beds and three rooms with two beds. Only two rooms had two beds. No extra blankets. Each bed had one set of blankets and sheets. None extra for any of the couches or if you were cold. Each bathroom only had two rolls of toilet paper, we looked through the entire house and couldn’t find any more. The kitchen had very limited eating and cooking utensils. It had 6 forks and is listed to host up to 16 people. The oven only has one rack and the house had no baking sheets that could be used. We couldn’t even cook biscuits for breakfast. The fridge had no shelves in the door which limited storage. The AC barely works. It was 90 all weekend and with the air set at 65, it was only cooling to 77-78 degrees, this made it uncomfortable during the day. The backyard grass was very overgrown and we were asked by the owner not to “spend time outside of the property” to help keep quiet for the neighbors. Over all, for the money spent I give this a very low okay remark. It was okay for a place to sleep.
