First off let me say the staff was friendly to me and I didn't have a problem with that but the cleanliness was kind of bad.Our room had some paper pieces scattered on one of the chairs but that didn't bother us.The other chair in our room the arm was broken a little and it leaned back on its own and me and my daughter almost fell out of it.The elevator floor was very dirty from the time we checked in until the next day.The phone in our room did not work.Breakfast was ok. First day the pancake mix, apple juice, and even eggs all tasted watered down.The next day the pancake mix and eggs seemed bit better. It looked like the same lady who was doing breakfast was also cleaning the building And it seems like a lot on one person. In the breakfast area the tables where not very clean.No one stays at the front counter. A man was waiting for someone to come so he can check out and since no one was coming he called the phone and still no one came. Eventually the manager came but it took forever. He let it ring very long. When I was ready to check out it actually had another family waiting before me for someone to come to the front counter and it took forever so I then called the phone and then the manager came from the back.Before I left I used the downstairs bathroom and it was disgusting.It had paper everywhere and spit on the floor. I was going to tell manager it was dirty but she was gone by the time I came out. Overall our room was fine and I would stay again but fix cleanliness.

Location, good if you go left out of property, not as good to the right. Breakfast, do not let this be a major part of your decision. Property was pretty clean, but lone elevator smelled of weed 1/2 the time.
