Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home except for:
• The garage
• The owner's storage closet located in the hallway near the master bedroom.

The garage is currently being upgraded to include an HVAC system.

A full size pool table and table tennis, and other games will be added once that is complete.

Other things to note
Pool Maintenance: The pool is professionally cleaned and serviced every week to ensure it remains in excellent condition.

Pool Debris: Due to Texas weather and surrounding trees, leaves may occasionally fall into the pool. A skimmer is provided for your convenience.

Pool Heating: The pool is not heated.

Pool Safety: No lifeguard is on duty. Guests use the pool at their own risk and are responsible for supervising children at all times.

The Pool is 4' deep on one end and 6' deep on the deeper end.

No Parties: This is not a party house. Parties, events, gatherings, or unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. We value our relationship with our neighbors and expect all guests to respect the residential nature of the neighborhood. Any reports or evidence of a party may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees.

Security Cameras: For the safety and security of our guests and property, there is one Ring Doorbell camera located at the front entrance that records both video and audio. There is also a floodlight security camera monitoring the driveway and alleyway. Both exterior cameras record continuously 24/7 during your stay. There are no interior cameras.

To help keep the home enjoyable for everyone, please observe the following:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Please respect our peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood.

Trash Day: Friday

Please place all bagged trash in the black garbage bin located on the driveway. Access the bin through the kitchen/nook door leading to the backyard and driveway.

### Swimming Pool Waiver & Acknowledgment

For the safety of all guests, the primary guest who books this reservation will be required to electronically sign/acknowledge our **Swimming Pool Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability, and Pool Rules Agreement** prior to receiving check-in instructions.
