This was just awful

When we entered the unit, we were greeted by a foul odor and found the source: a completely clogged toilet with human excrement. No mattress pad on the bed along with thin, ill-fitting sheets which definitely looked like they had been slept on. Many dirty surfaces and drawers. Hot water heater was leaking and sitting in about an inch of water. I could provide more details; just more of the same. We only stayed one night because it was so awful. I notified the owner and received NO RESPONSE. Looks like all those cleaning fees have been used for something else.
