The interior of the house offer thoughtfully designed spaces with modern furnishing and elegant touches, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Note: we have outdoor kitchen that’s under construction but you can use the outdoor fireplace currently.

Guest access:

You'll have 100% privacy inside this home and the check-in process is fully automated.

Parking: we have a driveway on the left that can fit 2-3 vehicles. We also have parking spots in front of the house that can fit 2 vehicles as well.


Other things to note:

Garage is not accessible to guests.

Up to 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $180 and must be pre-approved before your stay.

About the neighborhood:

Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood in East Dallas, Texas. We’re only a 25 min drive from the Dallas Love Field airport and about 30 min from the DFW airport. 13 min to Downtown Dallas. Less than 3 mins to White Rock Lake and Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden.

• Check-in is 4:00pm or after
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
*Fee applied for early check-ins and late check-outs ( please reach out to host for availability)

• This is a home, not a hotel. There is no on-site staff and we cannot provide 24/7 support. If an issue arises, message us and we’ll take care of it as quick as we can.

• This home is meant for quiet, respectful enjoyment. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE.

• A City noise ordinance is in effect 10PM-7AM.

• This is a non-smoking home including the garage (including e-cigarettes / vaping). A $500 cleaning fee will be assessed to remove odor if this rule is broken. Smoking can only be done outdoors.

• The use of illegal drugs or the practice of any illegal activity on the property is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If this rule is broken, it will be reported to the authorities and you will be required to immediately vacate the property.

• Please clean up after yourselves, bag all trash, and replace any moved furniture to the way you found it. If cleaning is required above and beyond a normal cleaning, the extra cost will be passed onto the guest.

• Please note that while our pool is generally crystal clear year round, no refunds will be given if the pool is unusable during your stay. Some things are just outside of our control.
We have a lot of tree in the backyard so we will have some occasional leaves in the pool even though we service it regularly.

*** There are some superficial plaster cracks in the pool plaster and some tiles missing that we have scheduled to redone this summer*** this won’t affect functioning of the pool.

• Use of the pool is done at your own risk and you agree to hold Hosts harmless.

By booking this home, you are agreeing to these house rules and you agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay.

The entire home is available for use, except the garage.

Other things to note
We have pool and lawn services that come to work on the property weekly that will only stay outside and won’t bother the guests.
