No exceeding Max Occupancy of 7 Guest
Please note that there is a ring camera in the front door.
NO SMOKING: at any time. Guests will be charged $500 if any existence of smoking is detected upon departure.
Lights: Please turn off the lights when you are not home
Sound: No amplified sound is permitted
Quiet Hour: Be respectful of full-time neighbors – quiet hours are from 10pm -7am everyday. No outside music or noise ever
Garbage: The garbage day is Wednesday. We ask that if you are staying in the property during the week, that you take the garbage bins to the curbside on either Tuesday night or Wednesday morning. 
Pets: Well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($200 per pet per stay ). Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog.ounts such as Roku, TV, etc.
A high chair and pack & play can be provided but fee applies and needs to be requested ahead of time.

Starter Kit Provided Only:
For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of basic essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and dish soap.

For longer stays, guests will need to purchase additional items as the starter kit will not be replenished during your stay.

Towels & Linens:
We provide a limited number of bath towels, hand towels, and bed linens at the start of your stay.

Please be aware: Extra towels are not provided, and we do not offer mid-stay towel or linen refresh services. For extended stays or additional needs, guests are encouraged to use the in-home washer and dryer.
