Didn't know it was on the third floor - stairs only
Communication with the property manager was excellent. He was professional and caring.
Shower tile mold is about the same as our house but not 10/10.
I am 75 years old and wish I had known the apartment was on the third floor and there were only stairs. Had I known that I would have chosen a different place. The third floor location was poor. The City of Richardson location was good.
