I rarely deduct a star...

But we had some issues with this property. Failure to communicate check-in instructions and WiFi login, and the absence of a working/stocked coffee-making solution, are all inexcusable in my book. The other issues were likely due to prior renters, but were still quite annoying: fruit fly infestations and waste bins full to overflowing. The house was as described, in the exact area we wanted, and served our purposes fine, other than those issues.

The property was great. Plenty of space in a nice quiet neighborhood. Loved how clean it was and having our own washer and dryer. Only concern was the code wouldnt work to let us in. They contacted us and let us in but the code still wouldnt work and they didnt respond to our messages for a whole day. We had to leave the doors unlocked while we went out to eat dinner. They did let us check in early which was nice.

Pool closed/ no pool towels No FOB on site to use facility. Fridge needs new filters (air & water). Besides tv no entertainment Dryer broke. No patio furniture to sit outside.4 small but loud dogs behind house
