Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in according to the Building Parking Policy.



Below are some examples that will be turned away at the time of check in:



1. Breathalyzer cars, Jerry-rigged or unsound controls, faulty brakes.

2. Large Vehicles - Includes sprinter vans, long economy vans, 10 passengers or more, anything lifted beyond height maximum 6'8

3. Dually Trucks or service trucks - very wide wheel wheels or lockers and containers. (too dangerous to maneuver in the garage.)

4. Anything lifted after-market or with larger custom rims and tires.

5. Motorcycles or tricycles other than car-type controls.



Pets are permitted based on their size. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet to avoid potential cancellations. An extra cleaning fee is charged per pet.



Pet fees are structured as follows:

- $25 per night for stays of 1 to 4 nights

- $200 per pet for stays of 5 to 29 nights

- $300 per pet for stays of 30 nights or longer



Please be aware that the company is not responsible for any maintenance or repair issues within the building.
