Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in according to the Building Parking Policy.

Below are some examples that will be turned away at the time of check in:

1. Breathalyzer cars, Jerry-rigged or unsound controls, faulty brakes.
2. Large Vehicles - Includes sprinter vans, long economy vans, 10 passengers or more, anything lifted beyond height maximum 6'8
3. Dually Trucks or service trucks - very wide wheel wheels or lockers and containers. (too dangerous to maneuver in the garage.)
4. Anything lifted after-market or with larger custom rims and tires.
5. Motorcycles or tricycles other than car-type controls.

- Pets are allowed based on size. Please notify us in advance if bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. Additional cleaning fees apply:

- 1 to 4 nights: $25 per night per pet
- 5 to 29 nights: $200 per pet
- 30 nights or more: $300 per pet

- The company is not responsible for building maintenance or repairs.
- Guest verification is required before check-in. You may need to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm contact details, complete our verification portal, and possibly undergo a background check. This information is only used for screening and not stored.
- All guests must sign a rental agreement. By booking, you agree to:
