This boutique flat built in the 1960s is right outside of Downtown Dallas; and only minutes from the iconic Deep Ellum and Lower-Greenville Ave. Enjoy access to a refreshing spa pool, plus a complimentary coffee at Toasted Coffee Shop. There is a $50 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friend along. This helps us keep our hosting standards.

We take pride in hosting our guests; therefore our apartments are up-to-date with city inspections.

Also, our apartments are serviced on a regular basis for pest control. However, we do live in the great state of Texas, and as guests enter and exit the apartment or building bugs can come in from the outside, this doesn't happen often, but want our guests to be aware.

This is a first floor apartment, you may hear the upstairs neighbors and exterior noise, we offer sound machines and ear plugs upon request. If you need these items please request between 8am-5pm.

Safe Neighborhood

Our main objective was to find a safe place to stay while visiting Dallas. For the most part, this apartment met our needs. The apartment complex is small with an entrance security gate. The gate was left open during the day but was closed overnight. The pool area was cozy but nice. There were some maintenance issues that were brought to the property managers attention (Vera). She promptly responded and offered to send maintenance over right away. Vera also met us at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden to get us in for free. That was a nice perk of renting this apartment! If we ever come back to Dallas, we will probably stay here again.

Opportunities

Overall impression is "meh". Smoke alarms lacked batteries, not enough silverware, not enough towels, entrance gate open all the time, many lightbulbs were out, some trim in bathroom peeling paint in bathroom. Place was very clean on the inside, convenient to our needs. Aboriteum was a nice touch. Will be coming to that area again but probably will look at different properties.

Property is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Apartment looked exactly like the pictures. It’s on the outskirts on the downtown area. The apartment had all the necessities.
