mixed feelings

I didnt get to stay in the unit we paid for. On the day of they sent a message saying it was a gas leak and we got moved to a different unit and it was a dishwasher filled with dirty water that has been sitting there and it started leaking. After i mentioned it to the during the night they didn’t want to reply back at all about getting our money back.
