Cozy studio in the perfect location with easy access to everything Dallas has to offer and surrounded by Lakewood! This cozy studio has everything you need. There is a double trundle bed, office/work station, full kitchen, full bathroom and washer and dryer! Private entrance with a backyard and plenty of street parking. This property is very unique and you can't beat it! We have another unit next door, so if you're looking for more, just let us know!
