If I could put 0 stars I would

I booked the 3 weeks before my trip reached out to the host multiple times the day of for check in information. Called again we we arrived. No answer. Texted the host and they finally called me stating they didn't have us booked and someone else was in the room. Host was very rude and had no concern that I didn't have a place to stay.
Stayed 2 nights in Mar 2025
