Welcome to the Carrollton Cowboy House. Take refuge in the private backyard to unwind, relax, and have fun. Try dipping into the iconic "cowboy pool" (stock tank pool) during the hot days, or lounge in the covered patio area. Sip a beer, indulge in some BBQ or play lawn games – there is a space for everyone.

Plenty of room to eat and gather inside and outside. 8-seat dining tables for both inside the house and under the cedar pergola in the backyard. Coffee maker (drip and French press), coffee and tea are provided as well as plenty of cookwares, utensils, dishes, bar tools, glassware and plastic wares for outdoor dining. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, double oven, microwave oven, air fryer, toaster, brand new fridge with filtered water dispenser, hot water dispenser and dishwasher. Washing machine with detergent and dryer on site.

Smart TV in every bedroom. Wifi included (gigabit fiber internet). Game room features a 65” Samsung smart TV, a full size walnut pool table with accessories, board games and an adjustable height office desk with an external monitor and an anti-fatigue mat.

- Turn off all lights and lock all doors when you leave

Loved our Cowboy House

This house was perfect for the 4 of us although we could have easily fit more. Big open spaces for us all to gather and an added bonus with the pool table! It was a little too chilly for the cowboy pool but sitting around the outdoor fire pit in the sun was perfect! I would highly recommend this home!

Great Place for Graduation Family Gathering!

What a great property! Perfect space for all of us to spend time together celebrating our son’s graduation. Plenty of comfortable beds, used the pool table the whole time, back patio was perfect for morning coffee, kitchen was stocked nicely, and plenty of bathrooms. Thanks for being a great host!

Our family had to stay here while our home was having work done for 17 days. The host was very responsive. The house has everything we needed. It was like someone stayed there to think of everything you would need from shower gel, games, drying rack, to fully supplied kitchen. The backyard was awesome and relaxing. There were tvs in every room which the kids enjoyed. Definitely no negatives except we had to leave.

Everything you need in a rental house

Just stayed for a few nights with extended family. The house was perfect for our needs. Everything is very clean and organized and there for us. Great hang out space for downtime with a nice backyard and common space. Plenty of comfortable beds and different sleeping arrangements for family needs. Easy to get around the area/close to highway. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
