Never stayed at location due to 79 degree temps
Arrived and house was 79 degrees. After asking host to send someone to fix the problem he sent someone out who lowered the thermostat but the AC was not working. The host then began arguing about our service dog who was present and he eventually cancelled our reservation leaving my wife and daughter looking for accommodations. He hung up on me two times and was extremely rude and horrible to deal with. This house was definitely nothing like the photos on line so beware.

Clean house with AC issues
Check in process was very simple, house is very clean but my group spend 2 nights with NO AC in the bedrooms in Texas heat. The host had slow response times and did not address the issue. We toughed it out as downstairs AC at least was functioning. House was great otherwise.
