House cleaner still there for an hour after we got there. There was hair on the shampoo dispenser and on the kitchen floor. I had to clean the coffee pot myself. The pot was broken. Bedroom not swept. Came in the middle of the night with a whole new machine, knocked on the door and left. The security gate was broken. On top of that, our truck was broken. Rude and unprofessional. Not worth the price.

we had a really good time in dallas, host was awesome and responsive. place was clean and served it's purpose for our stay. id say the biggest downside to this place was the a/c. We couldnt get the temp under 76. We were out and about during the day so it wasnt a huge deal, but yea it was a little toastier than i prefer.

As a new listing I think it is a learning experience. Ice cube trays partially filled and kinda blah. Little bit of what looked like dried flowers on island. Bedroom was not prepared - only sheet on the bed. Had to get blankets out of closet. Pulled pillows/sheets/blankets out of closet for sofa bed (totally ok) but pillows had long black hairs on them. Owner offered to send cleaners back but we really didn’t want to have to bring valuables with us just in case. Kitchen - pretty empty and when dining silverware it was all dumped in the tray half hazard so you have to hunt to find what you may need. Bedroom does not have any darkness. At night the street light shines directly in bedroom and then sun rises and shines in room. Owner did offer to come and put a curtain up next day but also did not want workers in there while we were gone. Floors and slanted and uneven and boards don’t connect, tub angles downward. Just be careful. The outter gates were never locked and side door always hanging open. Don’t worry about using the code. People upstairs ridiculously loud and walk very heavy. The place has potential but has a way to go. Owner seems to want it to be better but puts too much trust in cleaning staff. Overall we had a decent stay and the issues were not the end of the world and are all very fixable!! Best of luck!!
