Welcome Home! Spacious updated ranch with a sparkling pool and luxurious backyard complete with a BBQ grill and two separate areas perfect for entertaining. Other highlights include a media room, and a large formal dining room. The kitchen features two stainless steel sinks, a double oven, a stainless side-by-side refrigerator, two microwave ovens, a large prep island, and a huge walk-in pantry..

*Please note that we do not keep the pool heated. There is a $150/day fee to heat the pool with a two day min. Let us know in at least 24 hours in advance to arrival if you would like it heated.
*We do not heat the pool if the temperature is below 34 degrees it will not operate effectively.
*Pool is not constantly heated, last minute reservations may need to wait 24+ hours for the pool to heat up (estimated 1 degree an hour).
*The pool heating and hot tub heating are independent and cannot eat them both to different temperature only one at a time. The max heating for the pool is 85 degrees and the hot tub 103.

*The pool gets cleaned twice a week every Monday and Thursday. We are happy to arrange a cleaning on the day of your arrival for an additional cost of $50 upon request with a two-day business notice.

Ideal location- great space for a large group!

Exactly as advertised- great, large space (indoor and outdoor). Great central location. 4 bathrooms and many large bedrooms. Great option for a large group visting the DFW area.

Overall, the property did not disappoint, with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for the 12 of us. We loved the pool and fire pit and it was surprisingly quiet even being close to Preston Road and the LBJ

All together this was a great property to stay at for our extended weekend in Dallas. The neighborhood was safe and was about a 15-20 minute Uber to anything we wanted to do. The property is as listed and accommodated our group of 16 perfectly.

Perfect location and size for large groups.

This house was the perfect size for my 10 guest Girl’s Trip. Not only were there enough beds/bedrooms, the kitchen and communal areas were large enough for all of us to feel comfortable and at home. The property is in a ideal location. We were close to every store/restaurant/area we wanted to visit and right off the freeway for quick/easy access to other areas. The property management team was very helpful, thorough, and responsive! I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely look for this property when visiting Dallas again.

Fun for a big family!

The home was fun for a large number of people. Very relaxing. The kitchen needed additional items to be able to stay in and prepare meals for the large number of people. A printed list of instructions would also be helpful. Overall Management was very attentive when we had issues and we had a nice time.

Fun Girls Trip

This house is really beautiful, and in a great location. The beds were super comfy and the house was clean. We didn’t use the pool but if we had more time we would definitely have. The coffee bar is a really nice touch. Thank you for a great Stay.
