Welcome to our spacious 6-bedroom haven with a huge backyard and spacious balconies, perfect for families and furry friends! Perfect space for large families or groups gathering in Dallas. It is really close to Downtown Dallas and all of the best tourist spots that Dallas has to offer. Ensuring a delightful family getaway it has ample room, modern comforts, and a warm atmosphere await. Brand New Home! Primary check-in is through the use of a Yale/Nest smart lock on the front door entrance. There is a laundry room that consist of a washer, dryer and sink with running water! Bathroom essentials for your stay include shampoo, conditioner, towels, hairdryer and more. The Master bathroom has a tub and shower to make your stay comfortable. The space has a full kitchen with essentials and amenities that include stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven), kitchen utensils (pots, pans, plates, knives, common cutlery), and coffee maker. The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds and plenty of natural lighting from large windows in each room. The Master bedroom consists of a smart tv with streaming apps such as Netflix and YouTube free of charge and ready for use! The living is very comfy as it includes beautiful entertainment center, smart tv for streaming your favorite apps and a super comfy sofa bed that can sleep up to 2 at night. The home being centrally located in Dallas puts you minutes away to Kessler Theater and Bishop Arts District; close drive to Trinity Groves, Deep Ellum, Downtown, Uptown, Oaklawn, American Airlines Center (Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Stars), AT&T Stadium (Dallas Cowboys), Globe Life Park (Texas Rangers), Six Flags, Verizon Theatre, Dallas Zoo, Fair Park, Perot Museum, Convention Center, Union Station, and Design District. Great house! ..... Bad neighborhood.

The house and communication with the property manager were great! Every time I sent a message, I received a prompt response with all the information I requested. The house was also excellent. It was large, with plenty of space and bathrooms. The only complaint is the neighborhood. I live in a major city, and my neighborhood has had shootings and car chases. It is somewhat normal to me at this point. On Sunday morning, around 3:00 am, multiple vehicles were speeding around the house/neighborhood. We heard over a dozen gunshots for about 30 minutes. It wasn't a big deal for a group of guys like us staying at the house. I wouldn't stay at this property with my family until the neighborhood improves.

Convenient Location to Downtown

Trinity Grove is an up and coming neigborhood so expect construction and a mix of run down and brand new. However, the location of this house is great for American Airlines Center (a quick drive or Uber) and downtown. It is walkable to the Trinity Grove restaurants. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen is set up with everything you need.

Stunning house close to everything you wanna do in Dallas

This beautiful house was a wonderful place for a gathering a friends. Being right next to Trinity Groves was awesome and convenient and the central location to Dallas made it easy for us to get to everything we needed to do. The house is fully equipped and there’s plenty of space to relax and hang out. The kitchen is well equipped, Great Internet access, water pressure was on point, and the decks and the backyard are fantastic. The communication was good with the host and everything with the house was as it was supposed to be I highly recommend this place, and will be staying there again the next time I come with a big group of friends.
