When you enter the home, you’re welcomed by a dining area, dedicated office space, and a spacious open-concept layout that connects the living room and kitchen—perfect for relaxing and gathering together. The first floor also includes a convenient half bathroom and a large primary bedroom with a private full bathroom.

Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed, along with a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The second floor also features a wet bar and a fun game room with board games, karaoke, a TV, and a daybed that can be converted into a larger (Queen/King) sleeping space.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private pool, grill, comfortable seating, and a relaxing hammock. A two-car garage and driveway parking are available for guest use. !!! Street Parking is NOT allowed!!!

Please note, some neighboring homes have dogs, so you may occasionally hear barking, especially when enjoying the backyard. We aim to provide a comfortable, relaxing stay and are always available if you have any questions!

★ NO SMOKING/VAPING OF ANY KINDS INSIDE ★

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the home, garage, backyard, patio, pool area, and driveway. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking substances.Any smoking evidence will incur a fee of $500 for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO BIG PARTIES/EVENTS ★

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect our strict no-party policy and quiet hours between 10 pm-7 am. Home is monitored by private security to prevent/end a party. $250 fine for noise complaints.

★ CLEANING and SANITIZATION ★

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
