This well-illuminated condo offers full functionality, featuring high-speed internet access and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The fully-equipped kitchenette, complete with a double sink and stainless steel appliances, ensures delightful meal preparation. Additionally, a cozy desk and chair are provided for work purposes, and the new full-sized washer and dryer make laundry a breeze.

Guest Access:
During the summer season, you can enjoy access to the pool for relaxation and recreation. Your convenience is ensured with assigned covered parking, and there's also a designated green space where you can take your pets for a leisurely stroll.
