Welcome to Dalaas in the apartment Arlberg in a quiet and sunny hillside near the forest. No through traffic. The 2-room apartment (approx. 40 m²) is located in the basement of a semi-detached house. Due to the hillside location, however, it has the character of a ground floor location with direct access to the terrace and the garden. The apartment has its own access via an external staircase. A vestibule is located in front of the entrance to the apartment.
The south-facing apartment with mountain views is comfortable and modern. From the living and dining area you can access the terrace and the garden.
Car parking lot in front of the house. Separate entrance with anteroom. Storage space for skis and bicycles.
Bedroom: double bed and wardrobe. Floor laminate.
Living and dining area: space for 4 people. Extendable couch can also be used as an additional sleeping facility for both adults and children. Floor marble.
Central heating: Underfloor heating in the living and dining areas as well as in the bathroom.
Separate kitchen: sink, stove with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, kettle, toaster.

Mooie rustige accommodatie. Ligging net buiten het dorp, makkelijk ook voor een korte wandeling
Prima vakantiewoning, alles wat je nodig hebt voor een kort verblijf is aanwezig.

Nette kleine, saubere und moderne Wohnung.
Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern im Vorfeld war sehr nett. Leider war der Weg zum Skibus etwas zu weit, so dass wir jeden Tag mit dem Auto ins Skigebiet gefahren sind.
Aber ansonsten alles prima :)

Klein aber fein!
Wir haben einen sehr entspannten Skiurlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung ist relativ klein, bietet aber alles was man für ein paar Urlaubstage braucht. Einzig WLAN wäre noch wünschenswert gewesen, ansonsten alles bestens.
Supermarkt und Skibus in ca. 10min zu Fußerreichbar, Fahrt ca. 10 min zum Sonnenkopf-Skigebiet, 20min bis zum Arlberg.
