Nice Place

The apartments is nice and has some high end finishes. The two bedrooms on the main floor and living room on the main floor have great a/c units in each room, as well as screens on the windows. The upstairs living room and kitchen do not have a/c and do not have screens on the windows making the area very hot and stuffy unless you open up the doors to the outside, which lets in lots of bugs. The wifi is great and there are two very large flat screen tvs with Netflix. The apartment is clean, newly renovated and inviting. The location is great next to the zoological park and near well-supplied grocery stores. Two areas to improve upon are better screens on the main floor to block mosquitos (our kids got scores of bites each) and more notice to prepay electricity via Orange Money before it runs out on the first day. Overall, the owner in France and the landlord were accommodating and pleasant to work with. The cost includes a cleaning lady who comes to clean floors and bathrooms every other day which was very much appreciated.
