In this R + 2 building with caretaker in Ba-train, new quiet residential area located between the MERMOZ and OUAKAM districts, (10 minutes walk from the French school J. MERMOZ), come and enjoy this large 150 m2 apartment with balconies.
Ideal as a base for a stay with family or friends, it has 4 bedrooms of about 12m2 each, a large living room of 35 m2 with a balcony and a large kitchen.
We offer two parental bedrooms (green bedroom and pink bedroom) with adjoining bathroom including a sink, a shower cabin and toilets. Two other bedrooms, one with balcony (blue room), complete this apartment and share the same bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.
2 of these rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a cot, the other 2 bedrooms are equipped with floor-standing fans.
3 out of four of the bedrooms have a double bed with a desk, a large wardrobe with mirrors.
Sheets and towels are provided.
You will also have a cot and many toys and games for children and adults (trivial continues)

Appartement pas prĂȘt Ă notre arrivĂ©e, pas nettoyĂ©, linge de maison utilisĂ©, cuisine rempli de cafards. Les cafards se promĂšnent aussi abondamment dans les couloirs et salle Ă manger. RĂ©frigĂ©rateur dans un Ă©tat lamentable.
Si vous ĂȘtes allergiques Ă la poussiĂšre, Ă©vitez, quoique la pharmacie trĂšs proche est ouverte jusquâĂ 22h00 et vend de la ventoline sans ordonnances. ExpĂ©rience dĂ©solante pour la propretĂ© et pour le prix et de bien meilleur appartement ailleurs.

Superbe séjour !
Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour à Dakar, à la hauteur de nos espérances et l'appartement de Lemzo Keleefa y a grandement contribué !
Sa situation gĂ©ographique Ă mi chemin entre le Plateau et l'Ăźle de N'gor, l'espace disponible avec 4 belles chambres, ainsi que l'accĂšs Ă la terrasse (non Ă©quipĂ©e) ce qui nous a permis d'effectuer nos entraĂźnements de danse, tout s'est rĂ©vĂ©lĂ© parfait. La proximitĂ© du Camp Militaire peut ĂȘtre un inconvĂ©nient car les sĂ©ances de tirs commencent tĂŽt le matin ! Mais, comme disent les SĂ©nĂ©galais : Dakar ne dort pas !

Environnement sécurisé et cadre convivial
SĂ©journer dans cet appartement, c'est comme ĂȘtre Ă la maison mais transposĂ©(ees) dans une autre aire.
Niché au coeur du quartier BATRAIN en pleine expansion, ce 5 piÚces tout confort permet de passer un séjour inoubliable à Dakar, avec un voisinage sympathique et bienveillant.
Une mention spéciale pour le gardien de l'immeuble, Monsieur Dabo Kaoussou. Toujours disponible, prévenant et aux petits soins pour les locataires !!!
