Mary Valley Views Sum

Summary:
Welcome to Mary Valley Views! The ideal farm stay QLD getaway perched high on the hill with stunning valley vistas, working farms, and spectacular sunrises that will undoubtedly energize and wake you up for the day.

Walk up the hill and take in spectacular views; a charming spot where you can see floating air balloons, grazing cows, roosters crowing, small planes doing loops, or even the Mary Valley Rattler "Choo Choo" steam train as it passes by at 11 a.m. and 12 p.m.

The Space:
Mary Valley Views is a farm stay QLD retreat tucked away by a dam overlooking cows grazing surrounded by green rolling hills, just 45 minutes from Noosa Heads Main Beach passed by the towns of Cooroy and Noosaville. Noosa Heads is a beautiful coastal town surrounded by breathtaking beaches and renowned surfing spots, beckoning you to explore and experience their natural beauty.

Or, instead of embarking on long trips, you can visit fascinating attractions such as the Mothar Mountain Rock Pools, Mary Valley Rattler, and Lake Alford. What's more, we are only 16 minutes away from the nearest city of Gympie, an agricultural district known for its tropical fruit (pineapples, macadamia nuts), vegetables, and dairy industry.

A cozy 155-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for you to use.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be some farm animal noise during your stay with us, as other neighboring residents are working farms that care for animals and crops

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings. With only 4 neighbours nearby, all on acreage there's plenty of space to explore.

The Neighborhood:
Mary Valley Views sits in the rural locality of Dagun, 16 minutes away from Gympie. Where you can sit by the dam, walk up the hill to capture breathtaking views, wind through the trees, and wander down the road past grazing cows.

Learn more about Dagun and visit nearby parks, lakes, and other attractions. Amamoor, Kandanga, and Imbil are a few of the nearby towns within a 19-38 min drive of the property. If you're up for a long trip, you may even visit the Sunshine Coast, which is just 47 minutes away (if you take the M1 route).

Our local recommendation:

- Noosa Main Beach in Noosa Heads is a 45-minute drive from our property, popular for its long stretches of golden sand.
- Mary Valley Rattler is a tourist train attraction that offers breathtaking landscapes, woodlands, and towns winding through Mary Valley.
- Gympie Gold Mining Museum houses a vast collection of artifacts, records, and photographs dating from the discovery of gold in 1867.
- Mothar Mountain Rock Pools offers an ideal spot for families to enjoy a barbecue or picnic in a welcoming environment. When the weather is warm, take a refreshing dip in the pools to beat the heat.
- Lake Alford Recreation Park is a lovely outdoor park that offers public amenities such as a playground and street parking for caravans/RVs.

Getting Around:
By car:

- 15 min drive to Gympie.
- 30 min drive to Eumundi Markets
- 45 min drive to famous Noosa Beach
