Good place to live for exploring Daejeon

If you visit Daejeon and look for a place during a short- or medium-term period, this would be the best place for you I'm sure. The owner is willing to help you in every aspect of your living and the location is just one stop away from the train station if you take the subway. For my purpose I lived here as a temporary dormitory and it really made me feel like home. I haven't used their shared rooms but I'm sure they must be good cuz I saw that they are cleaned on daily basis. In sum, I would recommend this object without any reservations.

Just like your comfy room at home

Clean & with convenient features inside the room like TV, ref, aircon & heater, ensuite bathroom with a washing machine, work desk, gaming chair (!), shelves & cabinet, sink, wifi & a door with a digital lock. Free breakfast of noodles, coffee & tea. Self-service including check-in. Near the subway, bus stop, resto, convenience stores, bars. About 5 minutes away from Euneungjeongi Culture Street which leads to the shopping, entertainment & market of the city. Very reasonable rate. Willing to book this again upon return to Daejeon. :-)

6/10 Okay

Clean, however the breakfast consisted of instant noodles and no bread. There was access to a kitchen and washing machine which was very welcome. When we arrived, the owner was very belligerent and not welcoming saying that he did not want us and he had cancelled the booking with expedia and we must go to another place. It later turned out that he wanted to charge us a little extra for the weekend over the amount agreed with expedia because of which he started by saying he did not want us. Once the extra amount was paid he seemed ok and our stay was without incident.
