Southern Comfort by Big Fish Real Estate Group at Lake Martin, sleeps 10!

Hey Y'all! Welcome to Southern Comfort, your new favorite Lake Martin retreat with a beautiful magnolia tree right outside the front door! Find a seat on one of the two back porches while you sip on sweet tea because there isn't a spot on this property that doesn't have an amazing view! This very private lake house sits in a quiet slough in the Paces Point area with little boat traffic so you can float or fish off of the pier for hours.

Once you walk through the large wooden front doors of this home, you will be in awe of the handcrafted wooden floors, ceiling, and custom wooden doors that are masterpieces within themselves. The large living room and open kitchen come together on the main floor where you can see a beautiful view of Lake Martin through 5 sets of glass French doors. Access to the main sitting porch is right off of the fully stocked kitchen where you will find an outdoor dining table and a porch swing to relax and unwind. The main floor has a master king bedroom that has a door to the porch with a walk-in shower and porcelain claw foot tub. There is a queen bedroom and a double bedroom that share a full hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a small laundry room off of this bathroom for your convenience. This is a family friendly home that is equipped with a highchair and a portable crib.

Head downstairs where there is a large living room area with a dining table, a double bedroom, a queen bedroom and a shared full size bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. There is a ton of fun to be had on the lower level so you will never be bored! A pool table, large screen TV, board games, and a garage with another dining table and fridge are available for when you want to take a break from the sun! Don't forget to grab a pool noodle and head out the glass doors where the lake awaits you! There is another porch with plenty of seating to watch the kiddos jump off the pier. There is also a charcoal grill and a basketball goal for use in the driveway just off of the garage. You may also bring a boat to this property as there is a small boat dock.

PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Big Fish is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.

Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am.
This is a no-smoking property.
No pets allowed.
Exterior cameras may be in use.
The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of properly and dishes washed.
