⭐ HOUSE RULES ⭐
▪️ Unregistered guests (including visiting) are not allowed. Additional fees may apply.
▪️ Pets are welcome with a fee. Max # of pets: 2. Pets must be registered and reported to the host. Host should also be informed if you have a service animal. Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage and extra cleaning. Pet/Service Animal owners will be responsible for any extra cleaning fees or damages caused.
▪️ No smoking within the property’s premises.
▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 9PM to 8AM.
▪️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
▪️ Respect the home. Do not damage or take anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. Do not leave food or debris that can attract pests. All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place.
▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Guests will be held responsible for any plumbing issues or damages caused by improper use.
▪️ Report anything that is not working or broken upon check-in. Any issues that are not reported within 24hrs after check-in time may be considered to have occurred during your stay and could be subject to applicable charges.
▪️ Follow the check-in/check-out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions, including, but not limited to: adhering to check-in/out time, completing check-out tasks, parking, etc.
▪️ Pre-check-in requirements must be completed before arrival. Guests must sign the Rental Agreement, submit a valid government-issued photo ID, and authorize the security deposit through our secure third-party platform (SecureStay). Check-in instructions and property access will only be provided after the verification process has been successfully completed. Failure to complete these requirements before check-in will result in denied access, and the reservation will not be eligible for a refund (according to cancellation policy). The security deposit will only be charged/captured if damages, missing items, or house rule violations are identified during the post-stay inspection.
▪️ Please make sure the boat is secured using all four cleats to prevent it from bumping against the dock when other boats create wake. This is the recommended practice for any boat tied up in the slips.
▪️ Ensure that any track or belongings are removed from the dock.
▪️ If you've also rented the boat, please return the boat keys to the lock box in the laundry room.
▪️ The area under the porch is used for storage of lawn equipment and lumber for projects. Please stay out of this area to ensure that you are not injured. The boat trailers on the property do not need to be played on, please stay off these trailers.
▪️ No jumping off the top of the peer.
▪️ We reserve the right to charge a fee if ANY of the policies stated above is violated.
