Welcome to this amazing 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condo in Crowne Pointe with a fantastic view! This unit has everything that you need for a Lake Martin vacation including an wine cooler, access to a community pool, and an assigned boat slip. Access this unit straight from the parking lot on the second floor of building 40. There is also an elevator to access other floors and to get to the ground level for the pool and boat slip.
The first bedroom is on the right as you walk into the foyer and it has a queen sized bed. There is a full size bathroom with a tub/shower combo for your use. The kitchen is well equipped and opens up into the living and dining areas. You have access to the laundry room from the kitchen with a full size washer and dryer. Stop and get a breathtaking view of the lake from the balcony patio where you can sit and relax on comfortable patio furniture or get your grilling on!
The primary bedroom suite also has an amazing view with a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This unit has a 7 day minimum rental requirement and is the perfect place to relax and unwind at Lake Martin. Book today!
PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Big Fish is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.
