In general, we had a good time. However, there are few area of concerns I need to address. 1. Staffs seem to cater more to Westerners. I couldn’t figure out the reason. Maybe, it was because Vietnam was used to the colony of French. 2. The staffs were very forgetful. We were supposed to have B’fast on the club 2nd floor; however, we were directed to the 3rd floor although the same staffs were directing us the 2nd floor the day before. 3. My daughter had food poisoning after we had dinner at hotel. I reported incident to hotel management. Their response was hotel kept the food samples daily and there were no issues. They offered us ginger tea.

Our room had the city view, the original one we booked. It was wonderful to wake up to a beautiful view. The staff were kind especially Tuyen, who recommended places for us to visit (hope I spell her name correctly). We had to leave early for a tour and unable to have breakfast. The hotel packed us a delicious one. The view from the 25th floor was gorgeous. We appreciate the free shuttle to the airport. We would love to stay here the next time we are in town again. Thank you for making our first trip to Da Nang a memorable one despite the rainy weather.

We loved our stay at Sala Danang! Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is super convenient, and the amenities were excellent. Breakfast was amazing — truly one of my favorites during our entire trip! The staff also made our stay special; everyone was friendly, helpful, and so nice. I absolutely enjoyed our time here and highly recommend Sala Danang to anyone visiting the area. Would definitely stay again!

Overall a great hotel in a convenient location. First of all the entire staff was very helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Huyen sets the example of perfect customer service. Our room was very comfortable and cleaning staff did a fantastic job keeping it nice. My only complaint is the construction nearby, which made the sidewalks unusable.
