Our family stayed at Naman retreat 3 nights in a 3-bedroom villa. Bellma and reception staff are very friendly and support us quickly, we get early check-in even if we did not notice. It is a quite spacious, airy and comfortable room, the villa is fully equipped for your holiday. It takes about 2 minutes to walk out to the main pool and beach. In case you do not want to walk, just call 1 buggy, it will take you to places in the resort if you request. One thing that makes our stay more impressive than ever is our Ambasador - Ngan. She is a sweet and kind girl, always supporting us when we need help. She asked us about our stay every time she met us and through Kakaotalk. The first day my parents were not happy with the Spa, the next day we had a better experience with the spa thanks to her. We will come back Naman for her. After all, I want to thank the whole Naman staff for their hard work.
We stayed in the pool villa one bed room and it is very nice decorated with trees around and private unique swimming pool. We like swimming in our private pool everyday. It is very convenient Food is good Service is great. Thao ambassador is so attentive to our requests. She helped us via phone 24/7 even on day off. Much appreciate
We stay at the 3-bedrooms pool villa, the house/room are clean and tidy, the beds are so comfortable. The private pool is good enough for family to stay together and play. Breakfast is quite good and the hotel surrounding is excellent, you may walk along the beach side, take a rest on the sofa, swim at the main pool, having dinner buffet with excellent service. Surely will stay again at this resort next time.
Just spent a very pleasant and relaxing family weekend at your resort and wanted to complement the entire staff with a special thanks to Thao! Your diligence and attention to our every needs made the entire trip a perfect weekend. Also thanks to our driver Vuong who assisted with a sudden change in dinner plans and going beyond to help.
Just came back from a 3-day vacation at Naman, my 2nd visit in 3 years. Last time I visited with my girlfriends and stayed at an oceanfront villa. We had such a good time that I always wanted to bring my family here to experience it. Second times usually disappoint, but Naman actually exceeded my expectation. Pre trip planning was a breeze. The reservation desk, Spa, F&B department were all very responsive to my many different requests - car pick up, in villa bbq, spa bookings, special arrangement for my mother’s birthday...etc. With a group of 4 adults, 1 senior, 2 kids, we had to keep changing plans, but they were always helpful and patient. Resort grounds are just as spectacular as few years ago. They’re utilizing the beach more, with loungers, sun umbrellas and even hammock set up on the beach. Our 3-bedroom beachfront villa this time has a huge living area, 3 spacious bedrooms and a big infinity pool. You can literally walk from the villa onto the beach. We watched sunrise right from our villa every morning. If I have to point out one flaw, the villa pool water is a bit murky, but the kids still had a great time jumping into it right after waking up. We liked to hangout at the communal pool as well, it’s huge and has a lively vibe. Food was better than I remembered. Good breakfast selection, we all loved their noodle station. Set meals included in our package were surprisingly good, we could choose an app+entree+dessert from the entire menu. Oh, their iced Vietnamese coffee is addictive! One thing that stood out this time was the staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and thoughtful. I was pleasantly surprised when our Ambassador, Thao, recognized me at check in. Thao was so amazing throughout our trip, taking care of everything for us, even during her off hours. When she found out the next guest staying at our villa had a flight delay, she immediately informed us and let us check out at a later time. We booked a car to visit Hoi An. We’re planning to stay for 2-3 hours, but after walking around for 15 min, my mom suddenly felt sick. We texted Thao, who got in touch with our very nice driver Vuong. He was already waiting for us halfway back our walk to the car. Vuong knew we didn’t make it to dinner and offered to take us to get takeout from Bahn Mi Phuong, the best Vietnamese sandwich place! We enjoyed the villa so much that we didn’t manage to join many of their activities. Massage was hit or miss but it’s relaxing. The kids loved the lantern and pottery making. The set up of the beach cinema looked very cool. Yoga classes conducted next to our villa every morning sounded very professional. Evening cocktail with live music and star gazing would’ve been amazing. 3 days are way too short! Ok, it’s time for me to plan the next visit now. Thank you Naman for giving me and my family such a great time!
8 nights on a Luxury Escape package. Our second stay … and it’s just as good as it was three years ago. A few things have changed … it’s a lot busier (I’m sure they’re pleased about that) … the demographic has changed (lots of Koreans, Japanese, etc – all ultra polite and doing their own thing), and the buffet appeared to have changed a little (perhaps to suit the tastes of their current clientele). This time we stayed in a Babylon Room (most comfortable, with everything we needed) and whilst my wife preferred the private pool suite we had last time, I found the Babylon pool setup much more user friendly to me (as I use a walking stick and had trouble getting into our private pool last time). I believe some of the private pools have now been fitted with hand rails … and whilst we were there, the Babylon pool (which has fairly easy access steps) was being measured up for hand rails to make access even easier. I was told that the room lights had now been rewired and “sorted out” … but sorry to say we still had problems getting the right light to turn on (or off). Upon arrival we met our ambassador and were taken to our room … several minutes later we answered the door to be greeted by a bottle of sparkling bubbly along with a selection of nibblies. A welcome gift from the manager to returning guests (a very nice gesture), and a very fitting introduction to the peace of our balcony. On our second day we had a pleasant surprise when we turned up for an outdoor breakfast at The B Lounge to be greeted by the familiar face of Nghi, who had just returned to work at Naman after having time off for the birth of her baby daughter. We had gotten to know her during our stay 3 years back when she worked at The Sitini Bar and after re-introductions we looked forward to her bubbly personality each morning when she greeted us at breakfast (with our coffee in hand). I’m sure Aussies (in particular) who have met her will remember her cheerful greeting of G’day Mate. During our stay we received a phone call inviting us to meet with the manager for a chat and a couple of complimentary drinks. We met “Ruben” (The Resort Manager) at Sitini’s and had a very pleasant hour and a quarter chatting with him, discussing the resort and business/tourism in general. A great idea which allows the manager to keep his finger on the pulse, and allows guests an added avenue of feedback. Once again without exception, all of the staff was brilliant (there are just too many great staff to name them all individually), but many thanks to Nghi, Giselle, and Diep … and a special thank you to Ruben for your hospitality - from Jeff and Sue :-)
I was in Danang for a wedding so waa staying at another chain hotel before moving to Naman for two of us. I have to say - it truly deserves its title as one of the small luxurious boutique hotel. Its not as crowded as those chain resorts, yet big enough for various facilities My boyfriend was ill with food poisoning and they even had an inhouse nurse to attend to you which was a god send given you need a taxi to most places or supermarkets on that stretch. Our package included a daily spa masaage - a proper 5 star massage sanctuary that makes u longing for me and totally relaxed. The almost private beach is almost for guests only which makes it even more special. They have a daily activity schedule for adults yoga and kids which makes it so useful for families of various ages. Wish i had stayed longer! And ill definitely go back again!!!!!!
We spent five days here as part of our special family holiday. Only wish it could have been longer. The villa had everything you could wish for. Fantastic pool and spa. Beautiful beach. Buffet breakfast with something for all tastes. We all loved this place and would certainly recommend it.
We booked a Luxury Escape in May 2018 and have just stayed 7 nights (April 19) in a Babylon Room 304. Our first trip to Vietnam to see if we would like the country and to decide whether we would come back again. We were absolutely amazed with the fantastic employees and the very welcome approach we received by everyone at the resort. The biggest this going for this place has to be the friendly staff working across the various areas like the Gardeners, Room Cleaning, Bar, Restaurant, Pool, Chefs, Reception, Yoga, Gym and Pure Spa. We spent One Day at the Resort then the alternate day touring the areas around Da Nang and Hoi An to break up the trip and to see the sites, having inclusions like Breakfast, Dinners, Massages included were the icing on the cake. We were well served by "Tham" around the Bar and Dinner in the B Lounge, "An" provides great deep tissue Massage in the Pure Spa (Thanks "An" missing my massages already) and the 2 Yoga Instructors helped move strained muscles every morning to name just a few of the great staff. The architecture of the resort is amazing the way the resort blends in the many different designs is something to see, we really enjoyed the Babylon Rooms they were very large and cleaned every day including providing top up of amenities like toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap and shampoos. We were lucky to meet the Resort Manager Ruben on our last day who introduced himself whilst we were siting around the Sitini Bar and he has the best job in the world. 34C every day with plenty of sunshine (No rain) and high humidity, looked forward to getting back to the resort after our day trips and a nice airconditioned room, swam in the ocean most days and did a little body surfing although the waves aren't big at all but it was fun and water was warm and refreshing. We thoroughly recommend this resort if your ever staying in Da Nang, its a little out from the main centre which is a good thing in our opinion not in the middle of the hustle and bustle has its advantages. The AUD dollar in VND is great value considering going out for Dinner and drinks in a nice restaurant only cost you approx. $500,000 VND of $30.00 AUD. There's an ATM machine which allows you to take out VND just on the outside of the entrance so this was convenient. Car Hire to Hoi An is approx. $600,000 VND ($36 AUD) for return private transport, although there is a shuttle bus provided I was happy to pay for private vehicles and drivers who gave you that personal touch and were waiting on you rather than you stuck to a schedule. Do yourself a favour and go to Bana Hills, Marble Mountain, Hot Springs, Lady Budda and go to Hopi An a few days before you leave to get great tailored business shirts, Jackets whatever you like but make sure your bargain and you know what the prices are in AUD so you can calculate that back to VND. We used Hura Cars based in Hoi An for private driver/vehicle and got a great deal at 5 Stitches Tailor in Hoi An. TIP: download a simple cash converter app on your phone that you can enter any VND price into AUD makes its very easy to work out and make sure you bargain when getting things tailored, most places quote USD so, its was easier if you got them to quote in VND. Met some lovely people from England and in WA (go the pies) and other parts of AUST as well.
we stayed at Naman for 2 nights, we really enjoyed our staying here.Breakfast was so delicous and i love vietnamese coffee here. Staff are friendly and very helpfull. 🅷🅾🅽🅶 ambassador at reception is so helpful and friendly. We love her
