Would Stay Here Again

My husband and I really enjoyed this place. The location was about 30min walk out from the old town, which was nice in terms of price and quietness. Property is absolutely beautiful and the room was nice and clean. Service was fantastic and they were extremely helpful in helping us print a last minute bus ticket that we forgot to do in town. The breakfast was better than most we've experienced in Vietnam. Laundry service was prompt (same day turn) and well priced. Only complaint was that the bed mattress seemed a bit worn, as we were able to feel some wonky springs when sleeping. Would stay here again next time we visit Hoi An.

An excellent place to stay

Absolutely excellent place! The included breakfast is very good, and the restaurant is top notch for all meals. They make the most delicious green papaya salad I have had anywhere in Asia. The people who work here are courteous, caring, and attentive. Quite delightful. When I am again in Vietnam, I will stay here I recommend this place unequivocally.

Beautiful and clean

Gorgeous villa that is not too centrally located. Within 2-3km of both the beach and the old quarters. The room we originally paid for via Expedia was not reserved and were given a different rooms. I asked for a refund for the different in room prices and was received upon checkout.

Stay here for the right reasons

The owners of this hotel/homestay are trying really hard to improve the lives of their community with trainees working across the business and English classes, so you may need to have some patience as errors can occur. Overall it is a very nice, well located, friendly place to stay. The small rooms are very small and the hot water for a shower can be unreliable in the upstairs rooms during the morning when many people are using it. We would recommend staying here, eating in the restaurant and relaxing on your balcony over looking the gardens

Absolutely amazing

This was by far the best place I stayed in Vietnam, and for the same price as I paid everywhere else. Excellent value. The room was incredible - a beautiful and comfortable room with a private balcony that overlooks the garden - but with enough tree cover to maintain total privacy. Peaceful, serene, comfortable... only a few of the words that describe this place. And the staff were amazing as well - they helped me book tours, train and bus, all for very reasonable prices. Laundry was about a dollar a kilogram, and they recommended the best tailor and food spots in town. Would highly recommend to anyone! And breakfast was great too! 5+ stars, for a very reasonable price.

Sweet and charming stay

I've never had such superb hospitality! It was a great experience and we very much enjoyed our stay. Although the hotel isn't in the most central location, I didn't mind it too much. It allowed me to bike to all the locations I wanted to visit. It's a 10-15 minute bike ride from the hotel to Cua Dai beach (depending on how quick and athletic you are)... but you'd think it's a short ride since you'd be so captivated by the city scene and charm that it goes by quick. The hotel villa is so very cute and you definitely feel like you're at home away from home. The complimentary breakfast was very delicious (offers western and authentic vietnamese food) and of course Vietnamese coffee. I plan on visiting Hoi An again, and when I do I will be returning to this Hotel Villa. Thanks so much for the pleasant stay!

A wonderful little guesthouse perfectly located a 10 minute cycle to both the beach and the old town. Great value for money.. The quality of the rooms far exceed what you would expect from the price. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast.

Sweet halfway spot (beach & town)

Communication, airport transfer, arrival, room, breakfast, and information was all pitch perfect. I used a bike to get to town ($1./day) which worked fine. I rode to the beach too, which although I Didn't stay to swim or eat, was beautiful. If you were to stay just one night to see Hoi An, I might suggest staying more in town.

Dark room but nicely furnished, not a great area.

I stayed in this homestay 2 nights instead of 7 as I planned because I put out my back and could not sleep on the bed they had. My husband found it comfortable though. The owner recommended a good masseuse down the road, who was actually trained and she helped with my back, but still, I could not sleep on that bed. I found the room, which was right at the back really dark (I think we had the worse room at the whole homestay) and if you are there with the partner, well, the toilet is quite open so you can hear everything. The owners were really nice and spoke good English and the room was very clean. The homestay is on the main road, so it is busy, however the rooms are at the back, so no problems sleeping. After we left, I found that there were many hotels closer to the Old Town and on the river, where I wanted to be for similar price and similar standard so, for that reason I would not stay there again. I was charged for a 3rd night because I left early, but I thought it fair enough.

Clean, comfortable room at a great value

Rooms are in good condition and comfortable. This isn't much of a homestay, but run like a hotel. Only one person speaks english, but she is very friendly. Breakfast is good, but would be nice to have a local option instead of eggs or pancakes.

Beautiful rooms

The location is nice and quiet, but quite a long walk to the old part of town. But the homestay rents bikes for $1 a day, so that should solve any problems. There's a wonderful stall just a few yards outside selling the most amazing baguette sandwiches called Bahn My. The rooms are clean, comfortable and tres chic. However, try not to get the ones under the breakfast terrace unless you want to be woken up by early birds upstairs.

Lovely place and brilliant value for money.

The owner and staff were all lovely and they accommodated us when we wanted to arrive a day early and stay an extra day. The rooms are a good size, well maintained and much better than the low price would lead you to expect. good location. a bit out of the old town but only a leisurely stroll away and on the way to the beach, which is an easy cycle ride away. Just great value for money.

Nice for families

Our family (2 adults & 2 Children), found this place quite lovely. It was a nice change to have 2 bedrooms within the unit. There was definately a different feel to the hotels we'd been staying in, and we really enjoyed it. A little far from the old district, but it was nice to be away from the hussle and bussle, and the cab fares were quite cheap. We walked it a couple of times and that was managable, but hot. I would recommend for any family.
