Disliked: Cleanliness

Host is scam. Host did not provide the check in the property???

Vrbo and I contacted the host, but I never received any reply from the host. I was being charged for the whole length of staying. I want Vrbo refund the charge that I was not received. Such a terrible service. I never use Vrbo service again.
