Incredible stay at this property. Every single staff member cares so deeply about the guest experience and we felt so taken care of. The spa and breakfast are great perks, and you are walking distance to the main sights of town. I can't recommend it enough. My only issue is that the shower would flood the bathroom and it takes awhile for the water to get hot.

This is a new hotel with all their staff trying to put their best foot forward and they certainly achieved that goal. The two swimming pool options were varied and are a feature of this hotel. Though not the largest breakfast buffet, it was plenty large enough and the food quality was excellent. Hotel common area and room furnishings are all new create a nice decor.

The sweet staff makes this hotel great

Our one week stay at this hotel was great due to the amazing staff. They really went out of their way for us to feel like home, arranged a car and train tickets for us to go to Hué, and even provided us with a small gift upon check-out. Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful!
