AMAZING . This property is one of the best I have ever stayed at around the world. The staff is unbelievable. They always knew exactly what we needed before we even knew!!!! We enjoyed our stay at Four Seasons. Excellent service and if you want to get away and enjoy a peaceful getaway, I recommend a stay here. If, however, you want to explore, shop and wine and dine outside the hotel, you will need to travel outside. The hotel is close to downtown Hoi An but probably a bit too far in my opinion. In any case, restful the stay was and that was what we wanted!
