The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The concierge ladies were great and helped arrange transport from the airport and booking of numerous activities! The gym and spa areas were immaculate and modern.

Better than average; however, not outstanding. Staff was not as helpful as I would have expected. (We asked about hop-on-hop-off bus and were provided directions to a bus line that only operates Thursday - Sunday....it was Tuesday!) Waited a long time at the (small) bar before we were waited on. The electricity went off several times while we were having dinner but they comp'd out meal.

Friendly, safe and quiet.
I would prefer that the mattresses would be a bit harder. As is they are quite standard at the moment.
