Bei der Ferienwohnung 17 im Haus Elbe handelt es sich um eine sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung mit großer Dachterrasse und zwei Balkonen.Bei der Belegung mit vier Personen müsste ein Bett ausgeklappt (sofern möglich?), bzw. das Sofa als Schlafcouch verwendet werden.Für zwei, bzw. drei Erwachsene ist die Wohnung aber ideal geeignet.Parkplätze sind am Haus vorhanden; auch Parken auf der Straße in unmittelbar Nähe war jederzeit möglich.Zum Sandstrand läuft man etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß, zum Grünstrand etwa 20 Minuten.Nachteile:Es gibt keinen Aufzug im Haus. Das Gepäck muss also über die Treppe in den 2. Stock getragen werden. Zudem heizt sich die Wohnung bei Sonne schnell stark auf.Insgesamt aber sehr empfehlenswert. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Alles rund um schön

Sehr schöne Wohnung, tole Dachterrasse mit Abendsonne, die Lage ist gut: 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Meer, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants 5 - 15 fußläufig. Kleiner Minuspunkt, dass in der Küche etwas wenig Besteck und Geschirr ist, Man bekommt die Spülmaschinen nicht richtig voll bevor man neues Besteck und Geschirr braucht.

Alles super in der umgebung. Alles da was man braucht,strand ,Restaurants, Geschäfte usw. Aber die Wohnung war in die jahre gekommen und entsprach nicht mehr den bildern auf der Webseite. Und ich fand das die wohnung überhaupt nicht sauber war.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock. Es ist kein Aufzug vorhanden, war aber für uns kein Problem. Insgesamt entsprach sie der Beschreibung und unseren Erwartungen. Die Ausstattung hat für uns zwei gut gereicht. Die Küche ist wie erwartet etwas klein. Im großen Kühlschrank und den drei Gefrierfächern ist viel Lagerfläche vorhanden. Gemütliches frühstücken ist kein Problem. Doch regelmäßiges kochen wäre vermutlich etwas schwierig. Bedingt durch die Größe der Küche ist sie mit Töpfen nur mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Aber der Backofen ist ja auch noch nutzbar. Das Bad ist schön hell mit einer großen Dusche. Das größeres Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett hat sogar einen kleinen Balkon zur Ostseite. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer mit einem Bett ist ebenfalls hell und gemütlich. Vom Wohn- und Esszimmer gelangt man auf eine große Dachterrasse zur Westseite. Die Lage der Wohnung war für unsere Verhältnisse gut. Wir waren zu Fuß über Fußwege innerhalb von ca. 10 Minuten am Strand beim Strandhaus Döse. Zur anderen Seite an den Grünstrand bei der Grimmershörn Bucht brauchten wir ein wenig länger, ca. 15-20 Minuten. War aber trotzdem auch gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne mal wieder.

Empfehlenswert: Unterkunft und Ort

Die Unterkunft war gut und ist für eine Familie (hier mit einem Kind) mehr als groß genug: Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett. Ob man mit mehreren Kindern und mit bis zu 4 Freunden gut unterkommt (z,B. Schlafcouch) ist m.E. eher fraglich. Großer Manko: das Einzelbett ächzte und knarrte unermüdlich - selbst wenn ein Kind mit ca. 35 Kilo dort schlief. Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt ist alles vorhanden gewesen, was man braucht - und noch mehr. Für längere Aufenthalte fehlt in der Wohnung / in Haus die Waschmaschine. Zwar gibt es einen Waschsalon in Cuxhaven, aber das sollte wohl eher für den Notfall gelten. Einen Besen / Staubsauger konnte ich nicht finden; lt. Agentur handelt es sich wohl um einen Etagenstaubsauger. Hier wird ganz klar am falschen Ende gespart. In der Küche fehlt eine Mikrowelle - aber die hätte auch nur wenig Platz. Die Agentur-Mitarbeiter waren IMMER SEHR NETT und SEHR HILFSBEREIT.
