The three-room apartment is located directly on the beach of Cuxhaven-Sahlenburg. It is comfortably furnished and has about 70 m² of living space.
 
On the balcony, which is closed with windows, you can enjoy your breakfast with a sea view or watch the sunset in the evening.
 
The house is equipped with a swimming pool. Next to the house is the beautiful Werner forest, which invites you to take long walks even in bad weather.
 
The apartment is on the 2nd Floor and the house unfortunately has no elevator.
 
The apartment consists of a large living room, double bed, kitchen, shower room and a small room with 2 beds.
A garage is available for your car or bicycles. Good shopping, cafes and restaurants are nearby and open all year round. The bakery and shops are only open in the season from late March to late October.
 
Dogs welcome. The surrounding area is a paradise for your dog to let off steam. There is a separate dog beach, which is about 50m from the house

Hallo!Das Wichtigste zuerst: Das Wlan ist hervorragend!Aussicht top! Vermieter war richtig nett und die Kommunikation lief ebenfalls einwandfrei.Die Heizung funktioniert perfekt. Die Dusche ist richtig gut. In der Küche war alles vorhanden. Betten waren auch okay. Wir hatten ein schönes langes Wochenende. Dankeschön.

Außergewöhnlich tolle Aussicht

Wir waren begeistert! Eine super ausgestattete und sehr saubere Wohnung. Das Bett war sehr bequem und der Ausblick aus dem verglasten Balkon direkt auf das Watt oder die Nordsee war besser als Fernsehen! In der Küche gab es alles was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Der Kontakt zu Herrn Bülow war sehr gut. Ein plus war auch die Garage. Wir kommen garantiert wieder

Die Aussicht ist einfach phänomenal

Die Wohnung ist groß und sehr gut aufgeteilt. Das Bad bietet genügend Platz und war sauber. Zu jeder Zeit war das Wasser warm. Die Aussicht ist einfach phänomenal. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ein Bäcker gleich um die Ecke. Gastronomie stehen genügend zur Auswahl. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es war wirklich toll dort , sauber eine tolle Wohnung

Also wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt genau wie unser Hund die Angaben vom Vermieter der auch sehr nett war zwecks der Schlüsselabholung waren in der Beschreibung eins zu eins wiedergegeben das haus ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen trozdem sauber geruchslos und eine einmalige Lage , hier im drumherum waren die Leute auch sehr freundlich ob im Supermarkt Eiscafe oder Restaurant , wer Ruhe sucht und sich zu Hause fühlen will ist hier Richtig ich denke das ich nicht das letzte mal dort war mfg Ernst Cremer

Wir haben uns in der großzügigen, hellen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Befremdlich: die Kurverwaltung kam an unsere Wohnungstür um die Gästekarten zu prüfen.

Geniale Lage und Aussicht

Die Lage ist perfekt. Der Balkon kann durch die Fensterscheiben ganzjährig genutzt werden. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt toll und die Einrichtung gemütlich und komplett ausgestattet, wenn auch nicht mehr neu. Das Badezimmer ist recht klein. Vor allem die Dusche ist nicht optimal gelöst.

Ruhe im Februar

Schöne Lage direkt am Strand mit herrlichem Blick über das Watt. Da in der Nebensaison ringsum keinerlei Betrieb herrschte, war uns die gesuchte Ruhe gegeben. Die Wohnung ist sinnvoll eingerichtet und hübsch geschnitten.Wir haben uns zu zweit wohlgefühlt und insbesondere die beiden Panoramafenster immer wieder richtig genießen können. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche, die beim täglichen Kochen nichts vermissen ließ. Das kleine Zimmer mit den beiden Einzelbetten ist schon recht eng und wirklich nur zum Schlafen gedacht. Dagegen wirkt das vom Wohnzimmer abgeteilte Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelbett sehr großzügig. Hier waren die Retrogardinen unser persönliches Highlight. Manches andere ist allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht nicht mehr so ganz den heutigen Standarts . Deshalb vergeben wir auch nicht die volle Punktzahl, wenngleich uns emotional der Aufenthalt als sehr gelungen in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Für den alltäglichen Bedarf benötigten wir das Auto, da die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nebensaison einige km entfernt der EDEKA ist. Man kann direkt vom Haus am Strand lange Spaziergänge machen, was auch bei nicht so schönem Wetter Spaß gemacht hat. Das Watthaus, der Wanderweg durch die Heide und ein Besuch in der Therme lohnen sich immer.

Wir hatten ein paar sehr entspannte Tage. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Der Blick vom Balkon zu jeder Tageszeit die pure Entspannung. Da wir sehr gerne draußen unterwegs sind war es für uns sehr schön das der Strand sowie der Wald direkt neben dran sind.
