The 50-square-meter vacation rental offers plenty of space for up to 4 people. This modern apartment has been lovingly furnished for you with attention to detail.

There are two bedrooms with two single beds (90x200) and one double bed (140x200). There is also a large living room with an open kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.

Please note: You may bring your own bed linens and towels or rent them for a fee.

The large on-site swimming pool (28 degrees) and the table tennis room are located in the same building, “Rotesand.” The swimming pool is open from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. (on Wednesdays, starting at 5:00 p.m.) to 9:00 p.m. (on Fridays until 10:00 p.m.). The hours from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m./10:00 p.m. are reserved for adults. The pool rules and opening hours are also posted on-site.

The neighboring building, “Medemsand,” features a Finnish sauna (for a fee). The building is located directly behind the property. Access is signposted and can be gained using your apartment key.

The neighboring building, “Knechtsand,” features a steam sauna and a laundry room (with coin-operated washer and dryer). The steam sauna can be used free of charge on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Otherwise, there is a fee.
The blue house is located right next to it. Access is signposted and can be reached with your apartment key.

Younger guests will have a great time at the playground on the property! It is located behind the “Vogelsand” house.

Please note: This is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted in front of the house. Unfortunately, due to liability issues, Wi-Fi is no longer available in the apartment. However, cell service is good enough that you can easily browse the web using mobile data.

Bicycles (approx. 8 euros per day) or e-bikes (approx. 20 euros per day) can be rented at the beach. We recommend a nice bike ride to the “Alte Liebe” and the fishing harbors. You can also take a mudflat boat trip to Neuwerk Island (approx. 35 euros) or to the seal colonies. Otherwise, a walk to the Kugelbake or a mudflat hike (in rubber boots or barefoot) is a great way to spend the day. If you’d like, you can also fly a stunt kite on the beach. In case of bad weather, the Ahoi swimming pool is a good alternative. On Tuesday and Thursday evenings, admission is discounted to 5.50 euros starting at 7:00 p.m.—at least according to the latest information.

For a bite to eat during the day, try a fish sandwich at the Duhner Fischhalle in town. And afterward, nothing beats a delicious ice cream. You can also enjoy delicious food at the fishing harbor, which makes for a great outing. In the evening, I recommend the El Greco restaurant behind the Ahoi Bad. And if you’d rather enjoy a pizza from the comfort of your sofa at home, try Pizzeria El Peppino in Döse. And for life’s essentials, the Metscher (Edeka) supermarket is open every day (including Sundays) and is within walking distance in town.
