Great place to spend your holiday and enjoy the sun. Great location, close to Narbonne, Beziérs, Carcassonne and other great places like Narbonne Plage. Alain and Martine are really great people. The welcoming was nice and the presentation of the place was perfect. They give you complete peace to spend your holiday. Thank you, you are absolutely wonderful!

Individuelles Ferienhaus mit hilfsbereiten Gastgebern

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Haus mit netter Terrasse und sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern. Die zwei übereinander gelegenen Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert, wobei man die Tür offen lassen muss, sonst wirkt die Klimaanlage nicht für das untere Zimmer. Die Wohnküche ist geräumig und für den Urlaub ganz gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen extra Platz zum Wäsche aufhängen.

Nous avons ete acceuillis par les propriétaires, merci pour leur flexibilite d'horaire d'arrivée ( nous avons eu un soucis sur le trajet et des bouchons). Merci de leur aide pour resoudre le probleme de la voiture. Une maison agréable, au calme. Des hotes tres gentils, present mais qui restent discrets. Un séjour agréable à Cuxac d'Aude

Le village est bien situé dans une région riche en monuments et curiosités. Le gîte est bien tenu, bien équipé et les propriétaires sont sympathiques. Maison complètement indépendante avec un superbe extérieur

Au calme, et très bien situé à 25 min des plages. La propriété est conforme à la description et très spacieuse. La climatisation a été très appréciée avec des journées avec plus de 35 degrés. L'espace extérieur est très agréable et offre de beaux couchers de soleil. Parfait pour un séjour en famille !

Gîte confortable, bon séjour !

Gîte au calme, bien situé entre Narbonne, Carcassonne et Béziers mais un peu loin des plages (25 km, 1/2 H). On a apprécié la climatisation !!! Belle terrasse mais barbecue (cheminée) à l'intérieur du coin cuisine donc chaleur et odeur pas top ! Dommage !!! Accueil très protocolaire de la part de Mme mais Alain est beaucoup plus sympa. Appartement convient parfaitement pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants ( nous avions 2 grands ados). Bon séjour. On a apprécié le lave-vaisselle. La télévision est très petite !!!mais ça a été. Beaucoup de moustiques également mais des moustiquaires à toutes les portes et fenêtres. Belle région !!! On a pas vu de sèche-cheveux !!????

Sehr schön!

Wir hatten zwischen Juli und August 2018 dort 2 Wochen verbracht. Toll war die Klimaanlage im Haus ohne die wir die Hitze vermutlich nicht so gut überstanden hätten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Auch unsere Kleine Tochter fand das Appartment mit der eigenen kleinen Terasse und den Liegestühlen toll! Sehr nette Gastgeber, hübsche, verkehrsgünstig gelegene Wohnung

Wir waren Ende August in Cuxac D Aude bei wunderbarem Wetter. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und auch zu Ausflügen in der Gegend sehr gut beraten. Wir und unsere Kinder haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch mit Klimaanlage im Schlafbereich. Die Lage war sowohl für den Strand (40min.) als auch für Ausflüge nach Carcassone (40min) sehr gut gelegen. Es auch sehr ruhig, da das Anwesen außerhalb des Ortes Cuxac gelegen ist. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder und können den Aufenthalt dort nur empfehlen. Merci Famille Gibault!
