Positive Experience at Pramod Hotel in Cuttack
Manager "Prabodh Nath" was professional and courteous. He showed good communication skills, leadership abilities and focus on customer service.
Restaurant Staff (Minaketan, Bikash, Rakesh, Surmi, and Deepak) were professional, courteous, flexible, attentive, displayed positive attitude and good communication skill.
We would love to stay at this hotel and have our meals in the restaurants during our future visit to Cuttack.
