MAGNIFICENT VILLA FOR 6 PEOPLE, HEATED SWIMMING POOL, WIFI, AIR CONDITIONING IN ALL ROOMS, BBQ, ONLY 5 MINUTES BY CAR FROM THE VILLAGE OF BENAMARGOSA.

Villa Las Adelfas is a wonderful country house with a private swimming pool open all year round, with 360 degree views of the Andalusian mountains.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, there is a doble room is on the ground floor, another bathroom with shower is on the ground floor and the other 2 bedrooms upstairs with separate bathroom (with shower). You will find a large spacious, bright modern kitchen opening onto the entrance. The very spacious living room overlooks the terraces in front and behind the villa with pool view and direct access to the pool. The villa offers a spectacular 360 degree view of the village of Comares and the Andalusian mountains. The villa is sunny from morning until evening. All rooms are air-conditioned. You will have complete privacy at the pool as there is no view of the neighbors.
The villa is located just 5 minutes drive from the Andalusian town of Benamargosa
In the town of Benamargosa you will find restaurants, bars, supermarket, bakery, banks, pharmacy and ATM, health center. The villa is only 15 minutes from Velez Malaga and the beaches of Torre del Mar.


Pool heating is available from 01 April to 15 November at an additional cost of 190 euros per week.



Air conditioning cost: 30 euros by week is in place for your arrival, after this you pay for what you use. The average cost is 1 euro for 1 hour depending on the temperature that you set. Please be aware that air conditioning is available in all the bedrooms only.



There is a refundable cleaning/damage deposit of 500 euros, to be paid on arrival.
For long-term rentals (more than 28 days), you pay electricity at €0.35/kw.

Modern and spacious villa

Lovely Villa. Roads leading to it have been hugely improved but the owner needs to put a sign at the correct entrance to the rental property!! The sign is across the road and we ended up in the wrong place on a very difficult dirt track. The villa is spacious and modern, but be aware it operates on a septic tank so the toilets cannot manage toilet paper. There was also an electricity meter which lasted for our holiday but there were only two adults staying the first week and four in the second week. The pool is very small but ok for four of us and well maintained by regular visits from a specialist. The kitchen is fully equipped and exceptionally clean and pleasant to use. Nice touches included mini shower gel and soap on arrival. Some board games were included. Extra towels were supplied quickly. Washing and drying clothes was easy with excellent machine. If you enjoy peace and quiet this is perfect. It is quite remote but within twenty minute driving range of shops and some local restaurants. You will need to drive quite far to reach main tourist attractions. Overall we had a lovely holiday and would highly recommend this beautiful villa. Having a car is an absolute essential.
