I stayed in Cuzco for 2 nights, and was lucky to have a room on the 4th floor with nice views of the typical colonial tile roofs and the cathedral. The room was not very big, but the beds were comfortable and the bathroom clean and convenient. The hotel is very well located, close to the Central Square and close to a lot of restaurants.

Comfort and very good location in the heart of Cusco. The breakfast buffet is very rich and plenty of fruits! The rooms ( 2 double beds) are very small but still clean. Very good for the money! The service is very good.

Booked from TripAdvisor due reports - all good reviews are correct, disregard any others! The staff are excellent, the rooms are also very high quality, the ground floor rooms around the courtyard are special. Food was very good and the location close to the town/city centre perfect. We did use "their" travel advisor to book the trip up to Ollyantambo which provided some assurance but could most certainly be done for less. Would return there in a heartbeat!

We stayed here twice once for 2 nights and then again for 1 night on our return from Machu Picchu, with 2 different types of rooms 2 nights deluxe and 1 night standard, we found the deluxe to be more spacious, but the standard room was fine as well just a bit smaller, the rooms were well appointed and clean, with really comfy beds. The location was fabulous, very close to the main square a great hotel with good hotel facilities in a wonderful setting in town. The reception team was very helpful, organising taxi transfers at good rates. Nothing seemed like too much trouble for this hotel, very happy to recommend. Lots of restaurants close by, actually it was close to everything. There was a variety on offer at breakfast, however the quality was a little lacking, the fresh fruit offered good variety and quality. The only thing that slightly bothered me is that they have a stall set up in the courtyard by local Peruivan women which is great, but the down side is that they have tiny baby lambs with them, this seems to be a thing in Cusco, children carrying around tiny baby lambs and I never once saw them being feed or watered, I guess they do it for a photo opportunity with tourists, but I found it disturbing as they were not handled with care, particularly in the streets in Cusco.

It is a very nice hotel and offers a good breakfast. It's location is close the central plaza and local attractions which are a lot. The rooms are comfortable with tv cable and wifi The attention is excellent We will recommend this hotel

It definetely isn't the best hotel in Cusco, but it's among the best in its range. Its location is absolutely superb. The rooms were very comfortable and their courtyard is quite charming. They have good alternatives to eat and allow people from the area to sell their crafts in the courtyard. I was very pleased with our stay there, even though it was quite short.

This hotel is not one of Cuzco most expensive ones but its pretty nice and has a great location. If you walk 2 streets you will be in the Plaza de Armas. The rooms are big, have a tv and direct tv. The hotel is nice and typical. It has an inner garden and offers free wifi.

It has everything you can expect from an upscale, expensive hotel - comfortable facilities, good beds, nice showers, etc. Good points: - the location is great, just a block away from the Plaza de Armas and the building is very beautiful, being a former villa from some rich family from Cusco. - The receptionist lady was extremely helpful and kind when we had to contact our travel agency due to some sort of misunderstanding in our trip schedule. - breakfast is great with many options and tasty food, on one day there was even a harp player performing Some disappointments: - the hotel had confirmed they would send an airport pickup for us, but no one was there. They later claimed we hadn't sent the flight information, but we did and received e-mail confirmation. No reparations were offered or made. - we spent a night there, then stayed a night out in Machu Picchu and then came back for two more nights. We were surprised to see that the room we got on the second time (same category, same price) was half the size of the first one and the bed was queen-size instead of king-sized. The staff claimed the room was smaller but the beds were the same, which was obviously not true (I'm 6.4 / 1,97m , I can tell a king-sized bed from a queen). We later saw they book these very different rooms in the same category on Booking (even though only the king-size photos are there), but it was very unpleasant, and we felt like people were just saying whatever to make us stop complaining. - the AC in our first room was very noisy

loved this place very conveniently located to everything you want to see and do. Great service, great food, super clean rooms, lovely courtyard area. TV had channels in English like CNN. Food quality great and breakfast buffet very nice.

Pros Location for the old town is absolutely perfect within minutes you are wherever you want to be in the old town The views from our room spanned the length of a long room overlooking houses on the hillside, the hillside and Cathedrals in the square ....pretty perfect The breakfast offered an arrangement of custom hot food and a lovely buffet with hot and cold offers and variety of fruit The front desk was more than happy to help us with our tours Cons Printing boarding passes for flights was a little cumbersome
