We loved our stay here! The rooms were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I loved that we could leave some luggage here while we went to Machu Picchu. When we returned, our luggage was waiting for us in our room. Breakfast was great. I'd definitely stay here again. The views from the balconies were terrific! Wonderful location close to city center.

This is a charming hotel, very lovely interior, nice room, plenty of hot water, good bed. The San Blas neighborhood is great and walking distance from the Plaza de Armas. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which included eggs made to order. The staff was very helpful with directions and such and special thanks to Francisco who told us all about the local festivities for Corpus Christi which coincided with our visit.- watching the processions was one of those unexpected pleasures of travel. Would highly reccommend

The staff during the day was able to handle requests smoothly and knew what they were doing. The night staff was a different story. But they were all helpful and accommodating. We were able to store our luggages for a few nights while we toured the Sacred Valley and MaPi. We had a room that was small for 3 adults. It had a double bed and a roll away bed. The roll away was sagging and uncomfortable but they added another mattress for us. The bathroom was emitting an odor of sewage. We left the bathroom fan on the whole time to get rid of it. The window opened up to the hallway, which means no privacy and higher noise level. The eating area in the lobby was tight but the breakfast was fine. Overall, it was fine but I would not recommend it.

The room was nice, small and cozy. The bed was really noisy, like sleeping in your grandmothers bed! Breakfast was very very nice and staff was very helpful. My main complain is the big signs saying it is under Swiss management.I have stayed in many hotels under Peruvian management and they were great, I don't understand why that should be a pro and it felt like a superiority complex.

My son and I had a wonderful time in Cuzco and part of it, was the hotel!. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The shower had plenty of hot water. The location is great. Close to everything but a little tucked away so that it felt very peaceful. the staff is amazing...so helpful and friendly. And, the morning buffet breakfast was a great way to start our day. Definitely, looking forward to going back.

I had a wonderful stay here. The staff is incredible. The hotel has a lot of character and is very clean. They helped with every request I had. The location is perfect. They also include breakfast. I would stay there again and recommend it to my friends and family.

Convenient location. The hotel is not right in the downtown but close enough. The hotel has a lot of local character. Warm rooms. Nice breakfast. Prepared my brown bag breakfast when I had to leave at 4 am.

The food, wifi, and overall service was great. The sinks and shower had warm water, and all of the facilities were clean. Francisco was so friendly and helpful! They offered advice to help with altitude sickness, too. So happy we stayed here!

The hotel & staff definitely surpassed my expectations! The staff was extremely accommodating & friendly. Melissa, at the front desk, was quick to reply to any emails/concerns. Michael, at the front desk, also provided great care (the oxygen tank & coca tea came in handy) for my girlfriend when she suffered from altitude sickness. The rooms were always clean & the breakfast spread was always stocked. I would definitely recommend this place & will use them again for my next trip to Cuzco!

Great hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms (including a bathtub!), nice included breakfast. In San Blas. It's up about 15 stairs from the main road, but the hotel staff will help with your bags. The hotel has some charm, with Peruvian decor. A great deal for the price!
