There is a nice view of Cusco from the hotel. The rug looks old and needs to removed or replaced. The toilet doesn't flush well and smells a bit bad. The area can be noisy at times with music, barking dogs, and cannons. The bed and pillows are firm and there are lots of covers. It's a good deal for the money and in the nice tourist area of San Blas.

The only positive part of our stay was that the young ladies at the front desk were friendly. During our 5-day stay, we received no fresh towels, no emptying of trash, no making of our bed, etc. There was barely any warm water for showers. There were no elevators and we had to carry our luggage up and down at least two full flights of steps in the hotel. To get to the hotel, you either had to climb 20 steps in the town square and walk half a block to the hotel OR climb a very rocky and steep hill and still have to walk half a block from the other direction. Lastly, we were supposed to have a superior room but I would rate the room as economy if that. There was an exterior door in the first room that I could not close and lock. I gave the key to the person on duty and she could not do it either. They put us in another room where the cable box just hung from the TV and the TV did not work. I reported this to the hotel personnel and it was never fixed or replaced. When we checked out they tried to charge me for a broken key which I refuse to pay for. Based on the location of the hotel, the difficulty in climbing stairs, the lack of services, etc I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

La ubicación excelente, accesible a todo, restaurantes, tiendas, transporte. Lo que no me agradó es que no tienen calefacción, la cerradura del cuarto estaba dañaba y el agua en la ducha era un problema. O salía muy fría o exageradamente caliente o poca cantidad. Y el hotel no es para personas con impedimentos o problemas en las piernas ya que no tienen ascensor.

This is a lovely inn style accommodation. Lovely caring staff, amazing views, coca tea available anytime which is handy and loved the location being elevated and amongst the little restaurants and bars enjoyed by locals and tourists. The room is as expected which is basic and comfortable and I know that when I booked it and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

Horrivel, somos um casal de mais de 65 anos. Nos colocaram no quarto no 3° andar para baixo. Não tinha água quente e depois faltou de vez. A calefaçao não funcionava. Trocaram nosso quarto para o 2° andar,,para baixo. Mas descobrimos que a água havia acabado, não havia nem para escovar os dentes, imagina para banho. Todo esse estresse ocacionou a mim e a minha esposa uma dor de cabeca inigualável. Afinal Cusco tem uma altitude que não estamos acostumados. Foi uma hospedagem terrível. Não recomendo.
